Some get a huge rush from flying down a trail at super high speed.

But not me!

I love the absolute rush of adrenaline from the burn heading UP the climb. There is no better feeling then an all out push to the top. When you are almost there, but not quite. My legs start screaming. My lungs start burning. Ah. Love it!

I ride for fun. I ride for my health. And I ride to perform.

I got into cycling a few years ago, and my life has never been the same.

Currently, I ride 2-3 times a week. Obviously this frequency goes far down in the winter. I still do get out a bit with the warm clothes, and I keep the trainer humming through the colder months.

My race schedule for next year is going to be focusing on the Xterra Off-Road Triathlon Series, a few road races, the local mountain bike series, and the Utah Cross Series in the fall.
